Order Changes & Cancellations During the Holiday Season

The holiday season brings a high volume of orders, and while we work hard to fulfill your needs, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order is placed. We ask for your patience and understanding during this busy time.

Return & Refund Policy

Used Wet Line & Accessory Items

For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items from our Wet Line or Accessory Line once they have been opened, used, or worn. This policy is in place to comply with regional health and safety regulations and to ensure the integrity of our products. We appreciate your understanding.

Unused Wet Line & Accessory Items

If you need to return unused items from our Wet Line or Accessory Line, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product. However, please note the following:

  • Wholesale returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, automatically deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund.

Damaged Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If any item is damaged or defective (including container damage, product defects, or labeling issues), we will gladly replace or refund the item. To expedite the process:

  • Contact us within 48 hours for online orders.
  • For wholesale orders, please contact us within 72 hours.

Please provide clear photos of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue efficiently.

Missing Products

If an item is missing from your order, please reach out to us within:

  • 48 hours for online orders.
  • 72 hours for wholesale orders.

We will send out the missing item at no extra shipping cost. To ensure accuracy, we require photos of the entire shipment, including the box (for online orders) or pallets (for wholesale orders), to cross-check with our system.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once returned items are inspected at our facility. We will notify you once your refund has been issued.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in the customer being added to our no-sell list. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues, as we can often find a resolution without the need for a chargeback.
