Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

• We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed by 1 PM CST will be shipped the same day, while orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
• All orders must go through verification and authorization before shipping.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please allow time for the carrier’s system to update before seeing movement on your package.

• Free shipping promotions apply to domestic orders within the Contiguous United States (48 states plus Washington, D.C.).

International Shipping & Customs

• International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business days after being shipped.
